Located in the Manawatu this house overlooks the Ruahine Ranges and has a big section. Away from the bustle of town this is the perfect family house.

With the help of Buildtech NZ the house was designed so it could be elevated from the road and so the outdoor area could be private.

The colours used for this project are –

1. Brick – Midland Euro “Blanco”
2. Roof – Windsor Grey
3. Soffits – Quarter Thorndon Cream

The Midland Grey Alps schist also brings everything together and is a beautiful feature of the house.
